UPDATES!

I just updated my portfolio with a bunch of new pieces including some branding/logo designs for Django Media and Guest List. As well as a few new CD packages like Woe’s Quietly, Undramatically and two Mix CD wedding invites. Head on over and take a look. I still have a bunch of other pieces to put up. USA to Croatia

Last week I got hitched and two days later we left for our honeymoon in Croatia. Now I am back and I just have just uploaded all of my photos from our trip. You can view them at my flickr account. Enjoy!

Yesterday was a very happy day for me. Yesterday I picked up a Polaroid 195, a camera I have wanted for some time now! And here she is….

You are full color

A new full color process print coming soon to a wedding near you…. Today I’ll be shooting some screening for a print that will be a wedding favor at our wedding in a few weeks. Here is a tiny little preview of what is to come.

What a kiss book

This week I am working on a new book project called “What a Kiss”, this is a book of photos of my (soon to be) wife’s Grandparents. With the recent passing of her Grandfather the family all gathered to look through some wonderful photo albums complied by his late wife. These albums held some wonderful photos and we decided to put them all together in a little photo book which I am currently working on.

Gettin’ Hitched!

So did I mention that I’m getting married…? Yup in less then a month I’ll be marrying my lovely girlfriend. I just wanted to take a second to show off our wedding invitation. Design and printed by myself, we decided to make our invites a full out mix CD with original screen printed packaging. We each picked 11 of our favorite love songs for the mix. The packaging is a 3 color print on a white card stock CD wallet with custom designed offset printed CD labels! I’ll have more detail shots coming soon to my portfolio.

CMYK Exploitation

Here is a newly printed poster for Exhumed Films 12 hour long Exploitation film fest. This print is a full color process screen print at 16x20 in an edition of 45. I designed this poster in homage to those amazing posters from 60s and 70s that hung in Grindhouse theaters across the country.

I have also recently started up a new small business with my (soon to be) wife called Guest List. This company will look to create fun and alternative wedding invitation to couples who are just not into the same old same old. So with this I have also developed a logo for our new venture.

Free Form Design Poster

I finished this design for the Dutch based Instant Composers Pool Orchestra who will be playing 3 dates in Philadelphia later this year. I’ll be printing this bad boy sometime in the next week.

Monsters, Gremlins, and Trolls

I’ll be curating a new show at the the Grindcore House on January 21 @ 7pm. This show will be a retrospective from the Chattanooga TN based art collective Young Monster and will be called “Making Shit for the People”. It’s shaping up to be a blast, these guys are one of my favorite groups making posters today.
